Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel your appointment between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled session time, you will have the option to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time, or are a “No Show” for your scheduled appointment, your payment will be forfeited without the option to reschedule.
